This wall shows our appreciation to those who have made an outright gift to our Endowment Fund or for those who have notified us that they have left the Homes a bequest through a “planned gift.” Examples of planned gifts include a bequest to the Homes in a will or naming the Homes as the beneficiary of assets in a living trust. Another example would be the contribution of a life insurance policy that is no longer needed. As we seek to operate the Homes based upon the interest from the Endowment Fund, we owe tremendous gratitude to those who help ensure the future of the Homes with a current gift or through a bequest to the Endowment Fund. These like-minded individuals are the cornerstone of an enormous fundraising effort, and we are truly grateful to them. All bequests will be listed on the Legacy of Promise Wall of Honor and all outright gifts of $5,000 or more to the Endowment Fund will also be acknowledged on the Legacy of Promise Wall of Honor. As we are not always made aware, please notify us if you or someone you know has so graciously named the Homes in an estate plan. We certainly want to acknowledge and thank those who help to provide for the future of the Homes.
