This is a "must see" experience, a design brought to California exclusively by Seacrest Village Retirement Communities. Sincere care and attention are given to the needs of each resident. Professionally trained staff provides the highest level of expertise and experience 24 hours a day. Three kosher meals are served daily in bright, sunny dining rooms surrounded by gardens. Most utilities are included in the one monthly fee, as well as housekeeping service, linen service, chauffeured transportation and many more amenities. Individually controlled heating and air conditioning assures maximum comfort for each resident. A 24-hour emergency alert system allows residents peace of mind knowing a caregiver is available for immediate assistance. This security feature allows staff to locate residents anywhere in the building, should an emergency arise. Luxuriously appointed common areas are abundant in the Leichtag Family Assisted Living Residence. The sunroom overlooks a waterfall and garden and is surrounded with large windows, giving residents a warm, sunlit area in which to enjoy activities and leisure time. Well-stocked bookshelves, a fireplace and comfortable seating welcome residents in the lobby. In the salon/barbershop, delightfully decorated with butterflies, residents are pampered by our professional stylists. Lushly landscaped gardens and patios afford many opportunities to enjoy cool ocean breezes, southern California sunshine and fresh air. Wide, flat pathways offer safe places for residents to walk with friends and family. Mel's Place, a delightfully decorated coffeehouse, invites residents and their loved ones to enjoy a cup of coffee together, and share the events of the day. You can even sit outside and listen to the sounds of the waterfall and songbirds in the garden. Religious services are scheduled weekly, and all Jewish holidays are observed and celebrated with our Seacrest Village religious leader.
